SHOZY
Russia, Moscow
Danila Shmelev, known by the pseudonym Shozy, originally from Moscow, presents a unique perspective on contemporary art. His journey began in the graffiti world, where in 2010 he developed his own 3D lettering style. However, over time, his work has evolved into large-scale architectural interventions that overturn familiar ideas about the urban environment.

Shozy’s main creative direction is the creation of murals that visually transform the familiar shapes of panel houses.
In this mural, "The Sea that Remembers," the artist invites the viewer to travel through time, evoking nostalgia for bygone eras. This work expresses eternal values: the beauty of nature, love for your hometown and the bond of generations.
Shozy’s work is made in the style of a Soviet postcard dedicated to the city of Sukhum, representing a memory preserved and transmitted to us.
